I’m Igor Tomych, hailing from the vibrant city of Kharkiv, Ukraine. My journey into the world of software development began in the pivotal year of 1998, at the dawn of the internet era. I hold a Master’s degree in Information Security from 2008. Over the years, I’ve clocked in over 10,000 hours of coding, mastering various programming languages and platforms along the way.
In 2011, I’ve jumped on an entrepreneurial journey by founding my software engineering company. This big step not only pushed my technical further but also forced me to the mastery of management techniques and business strategies. I’ve learned how to make complex and complecated software solutions, lead the company effectively, manage team and mentor my subordinates and always aim for growth by offering the best services to our clients.
- Worked in IT outsourcing from 2003 for 3 different companies starting from developer and grew to engineering manager
- In 2011 started my own engineering company Dashdevs and starting from 2016 Dashdevs helping different fintechs with fulllife cycle engineering
- In 2018 architected and delivered banking as the service Pi1
- For 2 years (2018-2020) I’ve worked as VP of engineering for b2c brand Dozens in UK
- In 2019 helped to Tarabut to deliver Open Banking platform in Bahrain
- In 2022 created the ITOMYCH fund to help Ukrainians due to full scale invasion of russia
- In 2022 architected and designed source code based white label banking solution Fintech Core
- In 2022 founded Fintech Garden community
- In 2024 joined Param to help with one the best BNPL product and more
